Who I am
About
I'm a WMS techno-functional consultant who lives inside BlueYonder (JDA) day to day — configuring it, debugging it, and getting it back on its feet when a warehouse needs to move faster than the system lets it.
At Ubiqtern, I run end-to-end JDA WMS configuration across manufacturing and retail clients: JasperReports, Label Designer, MOCA development, integrator transactions, and the L2 calls that come in when something's actually on fire. That work got me promoted to Senior Consultant in 2025, and along the way a Snowflake query I ran caught a $700K penalty exposure before it became a real bill. Being certified on both the Technical and Functional tracks means I can sit on either side of that conversation.
Outside of work I still think like a designer — photography, illustration, and the occasional UI mockup keep the part of my brain that cares how things look and feel from going quiet.

For a manufacturing client running JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, resolved operational and application issues through root-cause analysis, synchronized NON-PROD and PROD to stabilize SIT/UAT cycles, and built proactive email alerting for integration errors. A Snowflake query I wrote to check storage in non-storage CCDs caught a $700K potential penalty before it landed. Also led a 5-person team building a Python-based decision engine for carrier RFP recommendations, and for a retail client on Blue Yonder WMS 8.2, built Page Builder modules and MOCA commands, wrote JasperReports and label designs, and shipped a zero-downtime version upgrade across PROD and NON-PROD.
